LEGAL STRUCTURE

The RESTENA Foundation has been created by decree of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg on 27 July 2000.

The administrative council of RESTENA Foundation is composed of representatives from the member institutions

• the Centre d'Études de Populations, de Pauvreté et
  de Politiques Socio-Economiques (CEPS)
• the Centre de Recherche Public Gabriel Lippmann (CRP-GL)
• the Centre de Recherche Public Henri Tudor (CRP-HT)
• the Centre de Recherche Public Santé (CRP-Santé)
• the Université du Luxembourg (UNI-LU)

as well as of the Ministry of National Education and Professional Formation (MENFP), the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) and the Ministry of Finance (MF).
