Measure parameter details:

• AS-IN : traffic entering the RESTENA network via external connections (GEANT2, Internet, LIX)
• AS-OUT : traffic leaving the RESTENA network via external connections (GEANT2, Internet, LIX)
• User-IN : traffic entering the RESTENA network via user connections
• User-OUT : traffic leaving the RESTENA network via user connections

In general we can assume the following formula:

• User-OUT = AS-IN + (User-IN - AS-OUT)
